Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our trailers and services.

1. What time do you pick up?

We pick up between 10:00am – 11:00am.
2. What time do you deliver?

We deliver between 12:00pm – 3:00pm.
3. Do you supply cooking utensils?

Yes, we do provide pots, pans, plates, and silverware. There is a one-time fee of $25.
4. Do you supply bedding?

No, we don’t provide bedding.
5. Do you provide TV’s?

Yes, we can provide a TV, DVD, and remote control for $15/day.
6. Do we have to clean the RV?

You have to leave the RV in the condition you found it.
7. Is there a charge if we don’t clean the RV?

Yes, there will be a charge of $69.99.
8. How often are you in the campground if problems occur?

We are in the campground from 12-3pm every day, 7 days a week or sooner if an emergency occurs.
9. Do you provide a carpet with the trailer?

There is one carpet provided for each trailer.
10. Do the trailers have awnings?

All travel trailers have awnings. All motor homes and tent trailers do not have awnings.
